The cottage itself was beautifully decorated and had lots of great gadgets. It felt cozy and had all the necessary amenities. We particularly enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen and the comfortable beds. the location was also convenient, with easy access to Settle, Malham, and Ribblehead. It offered excellent value for money.

the parking was limited due to other people parking on the hill.

The cottage is nicely furnished with a lovely cosy feel and tasteful mix of modern/vintage decor. It is conveniently located close to many walks and local towns, making it a great base for exploring the area. The Maypole in Long Preston offers delicious food, such as the steak and ale pie and jam roly poly. The cottage is also equipped with all modern amenities, including a key safe for easy check-in.

There were a few minor issues, such as a dodgy front door lock and a lack of essential items like oil, salt. Additionally, there was some noise from the busy main road outside, which could be bothersome for light sleepers.

The location of the cottage is ideal for exploring the beautiful Dales, with plenty of hiking and adventure opportunities nearby. the cottage itself is cosy and warmly appointed, with fun and whimsical decor. the main room has comfortable sofas for relaxing and chatting, and the kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary amenities, including a dishwasher. the double bed in the cottage is incredibly cosy, perfect for a good night's sleep.

The parking situation at the cottage is a bit challenging, especially for larger cars. the steep hill and limited space can make it difficult to maneuver and find a suitable spot.

We recently stayed at a cottage in a charming village near beautiful walking routes. The cottage had a modern kitchen, with all the necessary appliances, and a cozy living room. The bedroom on the first floor was comfortable, with two single beds, and the attic conversion housed a spacious master double bed. The cottage was decorated beautifully and had a high standard finish, retaining its character. The location was ideal for exploring the area, with several pubs and a local store nearby. The inclusion of Wi-Fi and TV was a nice touch, perfect for relaxing after a day out in the dales.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the Wi-Fi was often slow or completely unusable, which was frustrating.

I had a good stay in a charming old cottage. The small details like the wreath on the door made it very homely. The cottage was clean, well-furnished, and had everything I needed. The location on the edge of the village made it easy to walk to local pubs and explore the surrounding area. I'd recommend this cottage for a cozy and comfortable stay.

As women traveling alone, we felt lucky to have stayed at this delightful cottage. It was clean, cosy, and well-furnished, with great WiFi and plenty of entertainment options. the kitchen was well-stocked, and there was a dishwasher, saving us from washing up. the double bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the neat placement of towels and chocolates. the owner provided great customer service and was quick to fix any issues, like the WiFi. the location was good, with a local pub and attractions nearby. it was a well-deserved break from our busy lives.

    Felt lucky, no complaints whatsoever.

The cottage was clean and well furnished, with a good selection of entertainment options, including a TV and DVD player. the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary appliances and utensils, and the fridge/freezer was a decent size. the communication with the owner was excellent, making it easy to find and access the cottage. the inclusion of milk and juice in the fridge upon arrival was a nice touch.

One major downside was the noise level from the main road, especially during the night and early morning. This made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Had a delightful Christmas stay in a charming old cottage. Loved the homely feel with small details like wreaths and cushions. The location was great, being on the edge of the village with easy access to local pubs and a short drive to Settle, Skipton, and the Dales. Enjoyed exploring the nearby village green and taking walks in the picturesque surroundings. The cottage was small but well-equipped, making it cozy and comfortable for our Christmas getaway.

The cottage was located on a main road, so there was occasional noise from passing trucks, but it didn't bother us too much. The low roof beams and narrow stairs added to the cottage's charm, though we did bump our heads a few times.

I recently had a lovely stay at a cosy cottage on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage was full of character and had a charming, traditional feel. The kitchen was equipped with everything I could possibly need, and there were handy instructions and local attraction leaflets provided by the host. The host was also understanding and helpful when we needed assistance with a minor issue.

Despite the wifi being a bit spotty, the host had left helpful instructions on how to use the facilities and there were plenty of leaflets about local places to visit. the kitchen was packed with everything we needed, making cooking a breeze. the cottage itself had a lot of character and was very cozy.

The parking situation was a nightmare. the hill was steep and made it difficult to park, and some neighbors were quite rude and made it even more challenging.
